Shopping Cart???

Anyone having trouble checking out? I've not had luck -- triple charged on one card without a completed transaction.

    Same here. Stuck at checkout screen, but items are in library. Clicked the "Place Order" button a couple of times before I realized what happened, and yeah, paid twice. Opened a ticket...

  • Same here, but before I tried to check out again, I checked my CC and store page. They were showing as bought so I opened DIM and there they were. It's been a long time since this has happened but Daz will take care of it for both of you. They're great like that. :)

  • Yeah, the paypal system is acting up as well.

    Still happening. But I checked my orders after first hitting "Place Order" and it was there so no worries personally. Plus I work out the price then transfer that amount into my online payment account, Not so good for folk with restricted budgets and automatic payments coming out before they get refunds.

    Same here. Tried 4 times, nothing happened, but I can see my bank account was charged 4 times. No email receipt either. But the items are in my library.

    Also happened a few days ago, I thought it was IE malfunctioning which sometimes happens when I have too many tabs open, so I tried checking out with Chrome instead and that worked, so I didn't give it more thought. Can't see any duplicate charges from there though but I guess I better give it an extra check.

    Hm, tried to file a ticket, that didn't work either (tried 4 times, either I got an error page or the captcha check was hanging) . :/

    Yep, happened to me when i checked out a few minutes before turn over time. I checked my orders tho when it looked like it hadn't moved, and it HAD completed, so I didn't double check out.

    CC and Paypal charged (a couple of time) and showing multible orders - I haved opened a help tick on it, was not sure where to send it but done.

    I'm reporting this. Tickets seem to be working, just submitted one. Have the rest of you done tickets?

     Nothing of mine is being processed. It says processing, then nothing. There's nothing for support to work off of.  Edit- as the thread had been started before I came on, I thought it had been already addressed/ in progress.

    Also, does Support work at night for the rest of us, or just when Moderators report things? I was under the assumption support for us was when the staff got there at 8am Daz time.

    Only submitted mine once.  Saw a completed order in my account, yet my cart did not empty and no email receipt.  Created a support ticket.

    Don't know the timing but an order I made went through (all paid via paypal and items available), but the return from paypal to DAZ failed leaving me with items in basket and no confirmation email from DAZ.

  • This is fixed now and we are working on tracking down any orders that happened multiple times, so anyone who made a purchase more than once due to this will get refunded.

    Thanks @chohole  @dazsteve   @crispalomino    I just got back online and my order went through without any problems.

  • Another quick update on this: This was going on for about 18 hours.  We will review all orders during that time and refund any duplicates.  Also, it appears that during that time some people who attempted to buy a PC+ membership got charged but not added to PC Club.  We will also ensure you get added this morning if you purchased a membership.  Apologies all.  We should have all of this handled before mid-day.

    My paypal account showed the charge. The shopping cart / Order did not update on return to DAZ, but the product library and DIM showed the current order. This was at about 0800 Central time in the US.

    Just saw $10 was added to my store credit 3 days ago, wonder where they come from. Could it be compensation for the multiple charges? Anyone else here got that?
