Cursor Keeps Disappearing in DAZ Studio 4.9

FauvistFauvist Posts: 2,219

I'll be working on somethin in Studio, and all of a sudden my cursor becomes invisible.  When I move the cursor OFF the DStudio program onto the desktop, it reappears.  When it dissapers in DStudio - it's still functioning.  When I move the invisible cursor around, the rollover function of Studio keeps working.  Why's this happening?  And what do I have to do to eliminate the problem?

Thanks!

Not sure why this happens but if you can navigate to perspective view in viewport and choose it (even if it is already selected) the cursor will appear again.

One way to replicate this behaviour is to push esc while you manipulating a slider.

This is a natural thing for me to do, when I want to deselect the slider and leave it how it was before.  But the correct way is to right click (without letting go of left-click-and-hold, of course)

As mats76 has it above, you can recover the cursor by moving the ghost-cursor around, looking for things that are being moused-over with it, to see where it is hiding, and then moving it to any one of the drop-down menu widgets in the viewport.
