Issues with skin using Iray

I have started using Iray and the Beutiful skins shaders, however i have noticed that there is a lot of noise in the images, especially in the shadows of the skin.  Is there a way to remove this noise?  Everything is set up properly using the uber shader and then the appropiate shaders.

better lighting setup or longer render time
