Looking for a Gen 3 Male Product

Hey guys, I can't seem to find a Genesis 3 Male clothing product. I distinctly remember seeing it but after over an hour of searching I can't find it again. All I can remember is the guy on the product image had a top hat, glasses (I think) and he was walking from left to right across the page with a happy look on his face. He kind of looked steampunk but I couldn't find it under that. If anyone knows what product this might be I would greatly appreciate it as its driving me nuts. Thanks for any help!
