Content library help

Ok, so I just updated to 4.9 the other day after a couple of years away.  Yesterday, my content library was there in the content library tab (just like it is in the "smart content" tab.  Today, all I have is this list, and I can't figure out how to get it to go back to my content library (it should be in that same window).

Just above 0 of 0, at the bottom of the circled area, there are two dark areas in the divider bar - click the lower to reopen the pane's folder list.
