"Products" missing from "Content Library"

There should be two more selections beneath the three circled on left, especially "Products". I find 'products' important and use it a lot. Please don't go over my head with tech talk

As noted in your other thread, the Content Management System isn't running. Since the other thread has the more informative screenshot I am locking this one.
