Where Did My genX Figures Go?

I upgraded to DAZ Studio 4.9 and I open the GenX tab and none of the figures that I can transfer morphs TO show up any more.  Where did they go?  How can I get them back?

    Check that GenX is still marked as registered. You might have to re-enter you licence key.

    Another idea is to uninstall and then reinstall GenX2, this might fix the issue.

    Remember to restart studio which ever option you try to use to fix it

    It's still registered and active.  When I click on the GenX tab - it shows up - it's just that the figures don't show up.  The only one that shows up is V4.  I bought the latest GenX update for the Genesis3 figures.  Maybe that screwed something up.

    You may need to reinstall GenX. Bits may be missing from the various places GenX needs to be installed to work.

    Do you mean reinstall all the GenX products, or just the original Generation X product?

    All of them, probably. I'm not sure. It gets tricky with these upgrades.
