Looks like one of the Genesis 3 EJ characters (search shop for EJ).  They all look a like to me, so take your pick. :)

Thanks for the help. I was between those two possibilities (one of EJ characters or Georgia), but then I found this one:

Genesis 3 eyebrows are usually baked on the face texture (unlike Genesis 8), so if the eyebrows don't match in size, shape and color, then I would say no.

The eyebrows do look like a match for Georgia, but the face looks like EJ, so I'm split.
