Crazy pricing & tired of "new" items that are only refits

Can someone explain to me why Hongyu's bikini is 16.95 for V8 and it cost 9.95 for V6 and it costs $13.95 for V7 and it's the exact same bikini model on all 3? It isn't a new clothing item, just a refit. The bows and everything are exactly the same, I didn't even see any difference in morphs either. I've always liked Hongyu's items, [I'm not picking on them, they just happened to be the first 'new' clothing item I saw this evening so tag they're it as an example],  I think their stuff is top notch and they always kept their prices lower than others who dished out basic gear with no morphs and charged double. But  I just saw the 'new bikini [like Vic needs another one]  and considering one of the selling features for V8 was how compatiable it was with past clothing items, and I was like this is exactly like their old one for V7 and V6 and one even older than the last almost half the price...so what makes it worth 16.95 that the other one sells for 9.95? Or the last version that was going for 13.95? Vendors seem to be rehashing items and really pulling wool over peoples eyes, same item but costs $5 $10 or more.  If the item is offering nothing new with the 'new edition' then it should be sold as an upgrade to the new model to the owners of the previous garment, instead they want me to shell out another $20 bucks so if I was silly enough to have bought this bikini I would  have paid $51 bucks. I understand this is a livelihood for the vendors, but if you've paid out $51 bucks for the exact same bikini model and there hasn't been anything new added to it, besides new figure, they're not exactly working hard with coming up with new designs or modeling a new clothing item. And besides, the buyers have a livelihood to consider as well, it is their livelihood that is paying for the vendors and if any vendors are reading this,  I'm not going to shell out any more money for rehash stuff, you want my money, then give me something new, different and fresh. I'm sure there are a lot of other people out there feeling the same way.

does look like it has a lot of options but does not say if it has the wet and dry looks like the 2 wet looks on the others which I have some versions of for v5/6/7 don't have bikini2 for v7 still, might get the new v8 one sometime does have some newer textures in base set not in a rush.  There are some much much older lingerie sets wouldn't mind seeing rehashed from the pre v4 days that looked good, but yeah I'd like to see some more different styles and looks in lingerie and swim wear too as well as other clothing frilly stuff, lacey stuff and others stuff you see on a lot of clothing sites like boohoo Australia at least anyway. Think it comes down to certain factors though stuff gets recreated over and over cause they know it'll most likely sell instead of trying something risking creating a product that is complicated to make and time consuming as well as critized for being something lke I'd never wear something like that skimp wear comments that you see for a lot of clothing products as well as the high heels comments which I find funny as where I live it is very conservative but a lot of the clothing here is very accurate to what is worn here by office workers, bank workers, shops, teachers and general every day clothing by average person of all ages and yes high heels and boots too

Pricing to compensate for sales is an unfortunate reality for big sales like this. I'd refit the old one.
