Importing Iclone 3DXchange BVH files into Daz Studio

Hi
I'm experiencing problems importing BVH files that have come from Iclone 3DXchange
For example when I import a BVH of Genesis crouching without any movement in the feet the imported BVH adds movement to the feet which makes them spread apart as the character lowers his hips. The same BVH file can be imported back into Iclone 3DXchange without this issue so I'm guessing that the problem has to do with Daz studio.
Has anyone encountered similar issues and been able to fix them?

Also does Daz's 30 day money back guarantee apply to 3DXChange5 Pro?
any help would be appreciated
thanks

That should be a scale problem during import or export. Try scaling 100% up in the app you are using to export and scaling 50% down, and see which one reduces the sliding. Then keep experimenting until you find the right value.
Yes 30 days money back guarantee applies to everything, as far as I'm aware.
