PA sale not discounting

I tried to check out with some new stuff today and noticed I was not getting 50% for having the 2 new releases in my cart.  I was getting the 40% off but not the 50% . I thought the banner said 50% for 2 .. or am I understanding this wrong?

    Okay wait.. Never mind I just  notice the city scapes no longer qualifies  sorry go back to your regular routin

    is not working on Sicleyields items

    I would have though the city scape would be included too seeming it just came out a day ago.  oh well  I'll hold off and see if thing change

    Only one of the PC items, the dress, was a qualifying item.

    Reported - it's possible that they shouldn't be in there since there is a lesser discount applying.
