I like Dylan's eye mats... But they don't seem to apply. Dylan base skin works... but the eye mats aren't working that I can tell. Can someone else give it a go?

Lainey is the same way. I think you have to switch out the eye geometry. They both have custom eyeballs. Don't have Dylan yet, but Lainey's are in the Anatomy folder so I'm guessing Dylan's are there too.

Not working, how? Any on-screen errors or errors in log file?
AllenArt is correct. In the Anatomy folder is a "Look At Me Eyes" folder. You have to load the eyes and hide G8's eyes to get the eye materials in Dylan's folder to work.
Works for me. I'm not doing anything special. Clicked on the eye material and it worked. Haven't messed with the "Look At My Eyes" folder.
The base skin applies fine including eyes. But when I click the eye color nothing happens.
From what others have said that sounds liek the 'usual' material not applying to a set of surafces with differeingnames - which suggest sthey only work on the supplied Look at My Eyes 'things' that come with the product.
The base material does apply though. It did not require a morph. The eye colors do not. I'll have to see how I like it. I like to mix and match things and not being able to use the textures will be an issue.
I tried highlighting just Dylan, and tried the LAM Eyes, and both worked by just clicking on the eye materials. It's a puzzle to me why it isn't working for you.
Yeah, it works for me too without doing anything special. Did you perhaps delete the LAM Eyes and turn off the hide eyes morph? It doesn't work when I do that, but those materials aren't meant to apply to normal genesis 8 eyes.
Edit: Are you using an older version or studio, maybe?
I'm working with him now. Expand the bones in the Scene tab so you can see Dylan's hip bone. You should see several items parented, including "LAM" eyes. Select those, and then apply the eyecolor. With the eyes selected, you also have access to the numerous custom eye morphs.
Ah, okay, thanks. That is helpful.
You're welcome. It stumped me for a bit, too, so I'm happy to pass on the info.
