So, I was browsing some items and found something weird. Anima Gemini (https://www.daz3d.com/anima-gemini) now has new items added to his/her catalog.
They're not NEW new since they don't have a green ribbon, but the price history from the DAZ deals plugin only goes back to August 30th... weird!
Has anyone else found anything?

some nice looking items there
I believe that at least a few of them, like the Gallows and ski fun, used to be freebies at RDNA, and they seem to be free again now. As a wild guess, I'd say that they're all older items that for some reason weren't able to be transitioned to DAZ during the initial turnover.
The look good, but it seems like a lot of the items don't get PC discount though they are DAZ-O.
funny do not show up price low high in general store, I grabbed all the freebies of course
wonder if any others hiding elswhere?
i'm not seeing any freebies at all on that page?
They are Poser-only items. You may have Poser-only items disabled in the Options of the addon.
All the new free ones look like they were originally free over at RDNA and I guess didn't come over originally with the merge. And even though I already have all these from RDNA, they still did not transfer to my account here. Maybe all that info has been wiped by now. At least they are all free so there's no rebuying anything.
i have "daz studio" and "poser" checked in the options.
funnily enough, when the page loads I see a very very brief image flash of something called "musica".....but it disappears.
There are 52 items listed on the page, and I don't own anything, but not seeing anything 'free'.
What does this link give you?
https://www.daz3d.com/musica-fantasia
yep i can see that. Listed as 'free'.
Odd that it doesn't show in their catalog for you
I know. Weird. There are only 52 items - and all are DAZ Originals as well as animi gemini.
But that musica one lists animi gemini/runtimedna.
Yeah, I just checked, it's definitely caused by that filter. Turn on all items to see them, you can turn off the ones you are not interested in after you're done with these products. For some reason, there is absolutely no info on these items. Readmes are "page not found", no prices whatsoever, not even a $0 price.
that worked!i checked them all, could see the freebies and nabbed a couple :D "Unknown" is checked by default it seems, but yeah, i had to check all the boxes for them to show up.
These won't appear in the main store if you sort by price low to high because there's no price info on them at all. For the same reason, they get filtered out. As mtl1 said: these are some weird items...
Wow, most items are at 76% off right now, with PC discount! Perfect opportunity to use one of my PC coupons!
if anyone picked any of the priced items up since this thread, don't forget you can put a ticket into support for the price difference (or refund)
I bought a couple of the items yesterday, I couldn't resist that crazy motorbike and the steampunk laptop. Are you suggesting asking to return the items under the 30 day rule and then buy them again at the sale price? Do they allow that when things go into sales? I thought they didn't. And I'd feel a bit guilty taking money from the PA like that (although I am buying more stuff at the discount).
Peter, if it has DAZ in the vendor name somewhere, it means that DAZ bought the item from the vendor, so no matter how many units sell, the vendor will receive no additional funds from a sale.
On a different note, several of the items do not load properly, there's some serious snafu going on with the folders. I've identified Hector, Dark Moon so far, but I'm not done testing all that I bought yet.
Just put in a ticket to Sales Support that says how much you bought the item for and ask for a refund on the difference. I've only done this about thirteen times this past week.
In that case I will go ahead and not feel guilty at all. Thank you for that clarification.
Speaking of snafus, I haven't installed any of the stuff I bought today but some of them do not have download links in my product library and they don't show up at all in download manager. If this doesn't clear up soon I'll have to put in a ticket for it.
a couple of items i bought from RDNA are not showing up as purchased items - that's just weird (even the free ones!) but heck I'm getting it for for less than $1 so I'm gonna save myself some keyboard strokes and just get 'em instead of opening up a ticket.
Have you tried looking in the Poser directories of the Content Directories? They aren't showing up as DAZ items, as they are quite old.
I meant, the products (rose du matin & Lumiere, etc - items i purchased from RDNA) are not showing up as products I've already purchased. They are not in my product library. I've got a lot of many other items I purchased from rdna transferred to my library, but for some reason, some of these items i looked at today have not been transferred.
There are no freebies showing up for me either.
Edit - I tried the work around suggested and everything in the Daz-Deals Options page under "I'm only interested in" I put a check by. Now there are 10 freebies on the Anima Gemini page that show up for me. Thanks, guys! :)
bought some of those at rdna, not showing as purchased :(
I'd take a screen shot and submit a ticket. If something ever happens to your hard drive or something you might have to redownload the content at some point - so having the content show up as purchased might be important.
Did you have the same email address at RDNA as you have here? If no, contact customer support with your other account info, they will be able to fix it.
Ah, I see. It's probably best to contact CS about it.
I've also contacted CS about the mkissing DIM&manual download links for several of the items. Let's hope they get it fixed next week. :-)
Some of the original batch of RDNA transfers failed in D|S because the .zip installers included nested .zips with separate content files for Poser 4, Pro Pack and 5 (meaning they dated from the Poser-only days). This worked because back then everything was installed manually, and nested .zip files from non-DAZ stores weren't unusual, so everyone knew how to deal with them. Maybe the same problem's cropping up again?
