    Wow, thanks @dracorn, I was about to give up. She has some kind of leggings on that's not part of the outfit.  That threw me off

    Ah. I see that now. Try Draconic Rising for G3F at Rendo. It's an expsnsion set for Draconic Essence.

    I could be wrong, but those "leggings" look an awful lot like Bootleggers 2 Double Trouble (or a reskinned version thereof).
