why is my aniMate2 not showing up to open for me please?

I don't understand why my aniMate2 program is not showing up as avaliable on my windows tabs of programs for me to open. I purchased it ages back and I have it activated from the installed product page but then in the tab its not even listed and just aniMate lite is.

Anyone tell me what this is about please? how do I get it open? I would show screenshots but for some reason the attach a file thing is acting weird and it just keeps saying uploading pics and they never upload. Thanks.

    Has the reg key in there with the XXXX -XXXX etc and has a tick by it on the left along with the green loaded icon.

    Well, it's apparently being loaded then. Sorry, I don't know what the issue might be.

    K anyone think they might be able to help? also are you allowed to upload pics vid some other image hosting site?! seems I can't upload images here for some reason.

    K nevermind its ok I fixed it myself. Was something obvious I missed lol. Thanks anyway Richard.
