Texture Atlas Question (assuming it's currently working w/G3)

I've never used Texture Atlas, but just curious.  If I use Texture Atlas to make a single Atlas UV texture for a Genesis 3 figure,  then export the Genesis 3 figure to ZBrush, make changes to it and then re-import Genesis 3 into Studio as a solid object (not a morph).  Can I then apply the Atlas UV texture to the solid Genesis 3 OBJ?
