Daz is driving me MAD!

TDLMAKE!

After several days the Daz bugfix people cleared a problem with 3delight causing daz to crash.

Now whenever I load anything with a texture into daz my pc goes crazy with a program called tdlmake loading over and over untill 100% of my cpu is used, 100% of my capacity to write to disc is used, 100% of my network is used.

What?

Does anyone have any idea how to handle this - would be grateful for any help.

    I have never had a problem with tdlmake, so I don;t know what caused it for you.

    If I were you, I would reinstall DAZ Studio and see if that fixes the problem.

    Also when posting, it is advisable to say what version of DAZ Studio you are using (Help > About DAZ Studio) and also what Operating System you are using.

    I think I responded to you on another thread? The tdlmake program is only called when you press the render button, it is called by the 3Delight renderer, so I have no idea why it would start running otherwise.

    Thanks, I have done as you suggest and the problem has not recurred.

    I now look forward to some uneventful use of Daz!
