Missing Executable file

tophandtophand Posts: 120

I updated DAZ today and it removed the icon from my desktop.  No big deal, says I and went into the Windows app list to drag a new one up there......the only apps showing there are for DIM. There is no executable file in /programs x86 or in my /user DAZ libraries.....what gives?  It's a tad-bit hard to start if I can't find the executable

....and while I'm at it DAZ, how come you don't use Windows standard file procedures like the rest of the world?   The damn mountain does not come to Mohammed

There would only be a DAZ Studio folder and executable in Program Files (x86) if you installed the 32 bit version of Studio.

  • What security software are you using?

What do you mean by "Windows standard file procedures"?
