@lonewolfsinger Sorry no one bothered to answer you, you must've slipped through the cracks. Here's a thread that will help you. Puppeteer is discussed briefly. If you have more questions, I would post on that thread as it's established. Good luck!
Animate2 is handy when you create a generic animation sequence that you want to be able to apply to different characters.
Make the animation sequence using the base model then save it as an aniblock. Now you can apply that aniblock to other characters using the same rigging and use an aniblock subtrack to make adjustments and corrections as needed.
Puppeteer is a tool to let you create pose to pose animations. (and if you have Animate2 you can save those animations as aniblocks).
