I'm not familiar with "iray shader sequin". Is it a purchased shader?
Unless the front and back have two different material zones (which is probably unlikely), you'll likely need to create two different material zones (one for the front and one for the back) for the top. You can create material zones with the Geometry Editor Tool. Here's a good tutorial by @Fixmypcmike on how to add material zones/new surfaces: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/42088/tutorial-adding-surfaces-in-ds-with-the-geometry-editor-tool/p1

Here's some from a fast search in Daz only. Sveva has some at Rendo

While we're on the topic of shaders, this one doesn't get much comment, but I 've found it perfect for the intended use (as are all of JGreenlee's shaders) and bargain priced: https://www.daz3d.com/bone-and-fantasy-scale-iray-shaders
https://www.daz3d.com/fabric-basics-mix-and-match-for-iray (3rd pop-up shows it on the wings) That's more of a glittery type, I have another set ready to come out with a more traditional type but who knows how long Daz will wait to release it into the wild.
