LAMH 2 Iray Catalyzer - Product serial number not available [Fixed]

There is currently a problem at the Daz website where I cannot see the serial number for this product that I have bought.

 

All other serial numbers show normally, so the problem seem to be only related to this product.

I bought the Catalyzer for my girlfriend as well, and she also don't have the serial number on her Daz page.

In order to use LAMH 2 Iray Catalyzer, you need to register it.

    You might want to submit a support ticket directly to DAZ customer service for this, if you haven't already, rather than relying on a DAZ staffer noticing it in the forums, Aeonmoon.

    I just got home from work and the serial number problem is fixed.

    Now the main problem for me is that Daz Studio is crashing every time I use the LAMH catalyzer, will look into it and see what can be done.

    Yeah, I'm getting almost 100% crash rate.

    Ok, lots of crashes and sometimes no crashes. Not sure what's going on.

    But I managed to get this wonderful render...

    Go to your Account and click on the Serial Numbers icon (a lock). You should see it at the bottom of the list.

    Since the problems with missing serial numbers were fixed yesterday, I have asked the mods to lock or delete this thread.

    It is better to report potential issues with the product in a new thread.

     

    I have email contact with Alessandro and have sent him a crash-log for DS 4.8.

    The product was only tested on DS 4.9+, so it is understandable that it may be unstable on earlier versions.

     

    From what I have seen, as my girlfriend have DS 4.9, the product seem to be working fine on her DS version.
