Can I disable the welcome pop up

can I disable the welcome pop up when studio opens?  It is rather annoying.  Studio appears on the external monitor but that pop up shows up on the laptop monitor.  I do not understand why I need it anymore?

    Should be something like "Do not show next time" on the pop up.
