Does Stonemason's Utopia Deck C have just an "OBJ" option?

Folks,

I love Stonemason's stuff, bought a lot, and so far I've been able to get the OBJs I need from the Poser option of the download.  I want to get Utopia Deck C but it appears to only have an "install" file for Poser -- and I don't have Poser.

Anyone know if I buy this can I "install" it and get the OBJs even if I don't own Poser?  I use these files in iClone and don't want to mess with trying to get Poser just to get the OBJs from this.

When I check web read me, it not offer file list, then the product page is not clear, it offered as obj or daz obj files.

but after all, they can load in daz studio. then you can  export it as FBX or OBJ, from daz studio.  just care, set each option correctly, for your target apriation.

I remember I use 3d exchange, to import assets from here or there to import assets to iclone5, but I do not remember, iclone offer way to import obj directly.
