Prop Packs? (with an iMac...)

The main prop I'm looking for at the moment is an iMac... which that new library has (but it's 3 of them instead of just 1 - and I haven't been able to figure out how to break them up or at least hide two of them... not to mention, it doesn't include a mouse.

I would prefer to get it in a nice bundle, like "The Werks Mega Prop Pack"... only the style of many of those props isn't a good fit for my current project... especially the computer ones. I would love for there to be a few prop bundles like that... opening full scenes to be able to pick out a few items from them is not fun. However, there doesn't seem to be too many of them...

I looked through renderosity as well.... but their computer prop selection is also pretty weak... CG trader seems to have quite a few options, but the ones I've picked out so far (cheap price) all seem to be in 3ds format, and haven't figured out yet how to convert them to Daz... (I'm on OSX if anyone can link me to a recent how-to on the subject...)

Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting. I used to come across freebies (usually in 3DsMax format) but haven't seem anything for quite a while now. ShareCg has an old henisphere model iMac, but that's a decade out of date.

If it's possible to *select* only one of the ones in your library scene, you ought to bw able to save it out as a prop, though.

At worst, you could select and save out all three of them, load them into a new scene and go at them in the geometry editor to select and hide the two you don't want, and then delete hidden polygons.

I seem to have a good iMac prop from two or three years ago, but as with many such things, I cannot recall for the life of me where it came from.  But it must be out there somewhere...
