Anagenessis for Gen 3

For those that use Anagenessis It says to make sure SSS is enabled? and for those that have it, do you have to go thru the read me and change each slider to match, or should that all be changed when you use each texture(skin, eyes, nails, etc) Comparison between Olympia 7(left) and Anagenesis textures(right) still not sure I am using it correctly. I read the readme, but am confused about what needs to be changed..
