Skin Builder for Genesis 3 Female uses the Genesis 3 Female Base UV mapping, Genesis 8 Female uses Genesis 3 Female Base UV mapping.  You could generate the textures on G3F, collect and move the textures to a regular texture folder, re-apply the moved textures to G3F and save a material preset so you can apply to G8F.
