Daz3D V 4.9.4.117 Problems

Hi all,

I´ve installed the new version 4.9.4.117 of Daz3D and I have the following problems.

1. Daz will not render with GPU

The render dialog opens for a second or so and close automatically then and nothing happens.

CPU rendering is working.

Used GPU: Titan Black with 347.88 driver

I have two instances of Daz installed. The new version 4.9.4.117 and 4.9.2.70. 4.9.2.70 is working without any problem.

 

2. How to use the new power pose for G8F

If I use the power pose with G8F only the old power pose without the new setting options opens. I`ve watched serveral videos on youtube but in most videos the new power pose is automatically loaded in other videos it seems that you have to switch to the new power pose options somehow but I can`t find out how. Example  at 19:39.

1. There is a newer version of Iray in 4.9.4.117 that requires newer video drivers -- I believe the minimum driver version is 376.

2. Did you install "Genesis 8 Female Powerpose Templates"?

Thank`s for your fast reply and help. I´ve installed the newest driver and GPU rendering is working now :-) 

The "Genesis 8 Female Powerpose Templates" are installed. Must I load them manually or can you give me a tip which files I should check if they are correctly installed?

The template should change automatically when you load G8F.  How did you install them?

I normally install all content manually. 

I`ve downloaded the content via InstallManager again now and have installed the content again. Not working

Now I`ve found the folder where the files must be placed to and copied them again manually and now it`s working.

That`s strange but I`m happy that it`s working now.
