Why does not the download page appear in the Gallery ?!

I do not know where to write ...
For two weeks now I think that there's something with one of my browsers, but it's not.
I have from this computer another user has two accounts here, and they work.
Why can not I download the download page to my gallery from my account? (I checked on all three browsers.) My account on this page remains suspended)
