Reinstalled windows, getting an error that says "a valid PostGRE SQL cms could not be established"

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I had to reinstall Windows, which in turn means I had to reinstall all of my content and the DAZ platform.

The error I am getting says  "a valid PostGRE SQL cms could not be established."

What do I need to do?

    Where do you donwload it from?

    If it is part of the DAZ studio program then I should have it, I guess...
    I don't see it in the DAZ install manager?

    Ok, found it.
    I only found it because I did a search in the DIM window, otherwise it doesn't show up in the "Ready to Download" list of the DIM.
