Today I purchased this cool outfit <https://www.daz3d.com/i13-retail-clerk-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s>. The Button Down shirt has 12 morphs but I can only get 2 of them to work (Sleeves & Undress). Only 2 morphs in the Polo Shirt work as well. I have done Install/Uninstall three times with the same result. Just wondering if anybody else may have the same problem before starting a fix-it ticket with DAZ.

Are you using it on G3F or autofitting? How did you install it?
yes...it's not working for me either on G3F. I can only shorten the sleeves and Undress only, same as OP. Installed via DIM. NO autofitting required since it's made for G3F and I"m using it on G3F.
Using it on G3F. I also did an outofit on G8, same results. Installed with DIM. May try a manual install.
I've had this in a few products and sometimes several times for each product on the product's icon in your smart menu right click and from the menu select update metadata, once that has done you'll see a little meter down the right bottom screen of studio btw, once this is done right click again to see menu and see if it says install update or install and select that and everything should should be working then on some occassions you also have to do this on subsets like poses and textures too. On some of my characters some of the shapes/morphs wouldn't appear and had to manually adjust select different body parts and dial them in in the shaping tab in the paremeters section annoying that
I did as you suggested. Same result; 10 or 12 morphs do not work. I also did Uninstall and then manually installed the files. Nope, same results.

Did this and already. It may take 1 to 2 business days to for a responce. In the mean time I was provided a lovely list of Commonly Asked Questions. That shoud be some great reading material to occupy my time this week-end.
I'm thankful I have many other fine DAZ toys to play with. Most work right out of the box.
Support ticket reply: "The morph issues with this product are a known issue and a bug report has been filed in concerning this."

If it is a known issue and hasn't been fixed, keep an eye on the calendar so you can return it and ask for a refund if it isn't fixed within 30 days of when you purchased it.
thanks for letting us know. They should then at least lower the price of the item if it does not come with what it promises.
Good idea. I spend too much money on this hobby and when there's something wrong with an item you find out later on and it is not being fixed, it can get frustrating.
SIDE BAR HERE. Is it common for DAZ to continue selling an item that has a 'known bug' ?
I have a lot of DAZ content and can only maybe remember twice in 14 years where I had any problems their products and it was always taken care of pretty quickly. But can't remember of ever experiencing a problem with a BUG.

No fix yet! Almost a month and haven't heard back about the BUG reported. I don't really want a refund but how long to fix a few morphs?

To be fair, you file a report with DAZ, they contact the vendor with the bug report.
I must say it seems totally out for character for i13 products not to work as advertised. I have no experience with their turnaround on bug reports, though. I would have expected them to fix the morphs and get the update to DAZ long before this, based on their reputation.
I recommend you return the product, cite the non-working morphs and lack of a fix. You can always try purchasing the item again later.
This is a follow up from last year. The Morph problem was never fixed (or at least I can't figure it out).
After I filled after I filled the BUG report I requested and received a refund. Shortly later I purchased the i13 Tanning Salon Bundle on sale for a great price and everything works EXCEPT THE BUTTON DOWN SHIRT.
Since I received a refund on the first purchase the Ticked was deemed Solved. I never did a follow up Ticket for the Bundle purchase.
My real question (finially) is to ask if anyone else has had a problem with the Button Down Shirt Morphs? I own a lot of i13's great products and this is the only issue I have ever had with any of them. I saw the products back on sale and it just reminded me of the morph problem.
