3Delight Lights for Interiors?

9/10 of my Renders are indoor scenes,

Would appreciate Any Suggestions/Recommendations for a Baseline 3DL Friendly set of lights.

I created the layers for this image with v4 and base lights,and combined them in MS5. but most new toons/clothes require 3DL or IRAY; and at least 3DL is reasonably fast.
