Envy Hair - Who is this character?

I keep seeing this character being used in Goldtassel promos and I'd love to buy her, but theres never any mention of who she is. Does anyone know please?

Its a DO and Goldtassel product, so either its a Daz character that I just can't place or Goldtassel is withholding some very worthwhile purchases for some reason... Goldtassel - if you're reading this, could you please release this character for sale if you haven't already? She's one of the best I've ever seen on this site.

Libbie looks closer though...  taylor seems to have a sharper jaw line.

I think you've hit the nail on the head there tkz, thanks. I think thats at least who the character is based upon anyway. The eyebrows are different though, so maybe goldtassel made some personal adjustments.

The weird thing is that I already own SASE-Libbie! I just couldn't recognise her with the adjustments.

Back in the Genesis 2 days, it's very possible that was a promo render done by Joelgecko. He had the habit of using his own dialspun characters that you couldn't buy, and this girl I believe is one of them. Not sure if he still does daz work now, but I know back then he did.

Oh ok, thank you Vaskania. That explains it then. Its a shame, but I understand the artist's reasons for not wanting to sell the character.
