I purchased several days ago Cathy Hair HD, but I can't use, and also emailed to technical supporting.

But I'm still waiting for help.

How can I solve this problem?

It looks like you don't have any materials applied to the hair.

After loading the hair, select it then select the materials tab.

Find one of the materials presets that come with the hair and load it.

Ther is a material preset with that hair that goes on first and then pick your colour.

With that hair, there is a material that you need to apply FIRST. THEN you apply any of the colors. See image.
