    PowerPose is a graphic posing tool - instead of using the parameter sliders or viewport gizmo you use control points on an outline figure. It won't make animating easier or harder, but it may be a more convenient way to pose.

    No, GrpahMate is for editing the transitions of keyed motions. PowerPose is a tool for editing the current pose (though obviosuly if you are working on an animation you can use it for different frames).
