An order mistake

I recently purchased Victoria 8 and thought that I would get Victoria 7 free.  Unfortunately, it was only after I placed my order that I realized that I had not added Victoria 7 in the cart.  I sent an email explaining the situation on the 23rd and got a message back saying that it would be added to my product library.  Four days later, it still wasn't there.  So I sent another email and got the same response.  How long does it usually take for a product to be added in a situation like this?  Would it be better for me to cancel the order and place it again?  I've never run into a problem like this before.

    Cancelling the order and starting again will simply confuse the system even more.

    After two weeks if the product isn't there call them directly using the DAZ 3D phone number and give them the ticket reference number that they said they would add the product to your library.

    That is really not an ideal solution.

  • I would have called them already, but international calls are too expensive in this country.   The few issues I've had in the past have been solved quickly and efficiently.  This one is not being handled that way.  I'm not sure what else to do but send another message, and I don't really want to bug them like an impatient child.
