Most of the items are on sale in Valandar's store, but the Gnome for Genesis isn't one of them as the OP pointed out.

May be too new
The odd bit is that it was on sale yesterday along with Valandar's other items.
I have no clue why it would be not on sale - it's almost six months old, IIRC
