I had these items in the cart and they changed in price at different times. So..... could someone tell me if they are getting 70% reductions on these items please?

You have to have 3+ items from the same category to get the 70% off

I did not read it that way. I thought it indicated any 3 items from all those categories inclusive.
Some of us have a large library of content items.
There are so few items we actually need for current projects.
Buyting 3 items per each category is too restrictive.
Why restrict a sale like this... if you buy 3 out of one category all further purchases should be at 70% off.
The qualificaiton is already there for the discount.
I can find 3 items in one category and would like to add some items from other categories, but no way I can put together 3 per each category of interest.
I haven't bought anything from this sale but I noticed that the discount on the sale page varies from 50% to 70% for different items. I've seen this before on Daz sales, sometimes I've seen bigger discounts on some items that the sale banner says you can get but I haven't seen that in this sale.
40% off on software if you buy one, 50% on software is you buy two or more.
50% off from the category items, 60% off the category items if you buy two from the category, 70% off the category items if you buy three from the category.
Me too, but truth be told I'm grateful for the respite. I've already spent waaaaay more than I should have this month
I can find two items of interest in one category and maybe one each in a couple of other categories.
Can't get to the 70% unless I buy somehting I wouldn't even look at otherwise. LOL

I probably have way too many items on my wishlist, LOL.
My mom gave me a little money so I got some stuff today. My husband is adding up everything I have spent on 3d stuff for the last six months. I am taking a break from shopping until xmas time rolls around. I am making shaders with seamless fabric textures I already own, Using the marble shaders I picked up to make really cheap PC items look New and the like. Basicly, you might actually see more stuff in Gallery by me instead of my tearful face as my husband explains loudly I am looking to be 10% artist, 90% file hoarder..... Basicly its a working vaction. I have to make actual progress and produce some renders and do some hard work and get in some much needed practice. Its far easier to add sale items to my cart than work, but its time to work for a bit.
I'm also a hoarder, but in all fairness when it comes time to put a scene together you need a ton of content, and then that one "must have" item is no longer on sale. I'm making a zombie scene at the moment and ended up using the cheap little Graveyard prop with Stonemason's Abandoned temple, along with dark trees, and old cemetary . I just went through my props and hauled out anything I could use. I never dreamed I'd find a use for graveyard, but it actually looks really good in the scene.
I couldn't agree more. More is just better when you really want to make a scene look good. Today I picked up the skin shader N.G.S. Anagenessis for Genesis 3 and I picked up the Marble shaders and it was easy to find one more shader pack. I can use shaders to make that old PC content I picked up for .60 each look brand new and iray ready. Over in another catagory I got the snake tail, horns sucubus thing with a set of demon wings. I managed to pick out enough stuff to get the price down, two snakes, I need them anyway to use with a snake girl, I added the mermaid tail too. I saw the same sucubus set for G3F instead of G2F for a lot more than I paid and I can fit the items to both now. I went a little overboad and got 3 light sets I have been wanting. I have the old Black Widow texture sets, I am using elements to lighten them up and remove the color and make monochomatic Iray fabric shaders I can turn any color I want. Even if I can't shop for a bit, I can still expand my options and make use of my old stuff. If I am good until xmas, I can save up for a big sale and grab a ton of items in a good sale. Its worth the wait. I am finally going to get all my fabrics turned into iray shaders and get to work with skin builder and making some characters.
How can there be a "Best of the Best - Structures & Cities Selection" with NOTHING from Stonemason???? I have to question how the items for this category were selected.

I put 3 items in the basket from the BoB clothing selection - that's supposed to be 70% discount. One of the items only has 40% - that's the Morphing Pantyhose.Why include it on the page if the discount doesn't apply?
I found some savings racked up above 80% at times and overall this sale worked for me. Found several gems in Nature & Space Environments Selection https://www.daz3d.com/best-of-the-best-nature-space-environments-selection#order=popular^1&filtered=1 so what's good for the goose is not always good for the gander and some sales I see people rave about have been blah to me. I think it's impossible to please all the people all of the time and often the value of a sale reflects on what you own or what you desire. I recently bought V8 merchandise (3 days ago) and now over 55k sales later (my 145 orders average 85.6 each) I think the sales are working.
