SOLVED: Razor hair questions

I purchased this hair, and when I try to use it, I run into problems with missing files:

1. I'm missing all the Iray shaders

2. Several of the skull shaders in the picture below is not working, like the ones with the large and the small dots. I've tried to download the product again, to no avail.

    According to the product page

    Materials are 3Delight, but will also render in Iray.

    so there are no specific material settings to miss.

    The "dots" (stars or pawprints, depending on which you look at) are working for me.
