Topmodel Bundle intentionally not on top-level sale?

In the Silky Sheer promo page, there's a link to 'a selection of Genesis 3 Male & Female compatible items' which includes the Topmodel Bundle for G3F.  In general, OOT's stuff that's in that sale, comes out to about 66.4% off (40% off * extra 30% off for buying a new item * 20% off for owning V8Pro) when in the cart.  HOWEVER, the Topmodel Bundle shows no discount on its page.  When added to a cart, it shows about a 44% discount. That's the 'extra 30% off', times '20% off OOT's items for owning V8Pro'.  (20% off of 30% off is 44% off.)  So the 40% off isn't applying.

Now I know that's a pretty steep discount, but it seems that it should be part of it, based on the sale setup.  I'd love to pick it up, but I need to understand why the full discount isn't showing up correctly...  Any help?
