Questions about VP Brownstone Street Scene 1 (for Poser)

Hello all,
I am looking to build a neighborhood around a central building structure and im considering the Brownstone Street Scene set:
https://www.daz3d.com/brownstone-street-scene-1-for-poser, but I have a few questions about it:
1.) Can the ground be turned off?
2.) Are there material settings for EACH door?
3.) Does the right most building "wrap around" the block like the left-most building does?
4.) Can someone please share the polycount for the entire set?
