Serial number won't work

So i got the Daz Studio 4.x Pro [Free] and am trying to get it set up, I have downloaded everything and installed it but when I open DAZStudio it asks for a serial number. So I went to my account info, saw a serial number and put it into the program but it says it is invalid. So I do not know what to do. P.S I am on a mac.

Do you only have the one serial number in your account  here  https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/serialnumbers
