Genesis 8 Female Headsplit Dformer- What is it for?

I know what dformers are in general, but I'm curious what purpose this bit of the devkit is for.

    It offered D-former as influence weight map. then you can  restrict influence when Import  morph for figure, for Head only or Full body morphs. then we can get

    head morphs, and Full body morphs (Under head part only)

    I actually  had used it often.  to import mis shape character, and geneate head morph, Full body morphs, with my custom weight map,, 

    but DAZ offer D-former map,   help me, to clear see,  daz official divide weight  map for head section.  (though each vendor not keep same rule I feel,,to divide them)
