As soon as I hit drape it all comes down.

What outfit are you trying to drape on which figure?  Are you using the basic or full version?

I did a few successful drapes after the new Studio was released but haven't done any since V8 came out. I can try to reproduce the issue if I have the same items.

Whatever I try. The dynamic flag, dynamic sheet. I have tried all the dynamic clothing I have on all the figures that belong to it. Nothing else in the scene.

As soon as I hit drape Daz crashes.

I have tried reinstalling the dynamic controller several times to no avail.

Akin to the 'is it powered on?' step - do tou have the correct version of the control installed, as in doe sit match the version and bitedness of your Daz Studio?  The version numbers should having matching last 2 set sof numbers, latest DS is 4.9.4.117 so the DCC version number must end with .4.117 (in fact is it woudl be 1.6.4.117.  Also ensure that if you are using the 64-bit version of DS you install(ed) the 65-bit version of DCC, and ditto for 32-bit.

It says that I have 1.6.4.117 installed and I am currently using Daz 4.9.4.117.

It seems to be working for me (with same version sof stuff).  Loaded V4, loaded Centiry nightgown, adusted max frames to 11, set active frame t0 7 or 8, applied a basi cpose (one of DM's I believe), went back to frame 0, checked collide with and hit Drape.  So far all is well (the nightgown does seem to take a while!)

I appreciate the input but nothing seems to work. As soon as I hit drape it is over.

Not sure if you confirmed the correct bit-edness of the plug=in? Does it match that of DS itself, 32-bit to 32-bit, 64-bit to 64-bit?  After that, I'm pretty much all out of ideas - unless theer's alog entry that might help, but the immediotae rash suggest there'd not be.  Sounds like you may need to submit the crash report to DAZ.
