    I don't have any open I think, but I have reported several bugs that haven't been fixed yet, and have couple I still need to report. Frankly I'm surprised how many products I've come across lately that have been bugged, many of them older items which I've just recently used for the first time. I have several thousand products I've never used so I wonder how many bugs I'll come across when I dig into them, with the bug rate I've seen so far.

    I opened a ticket recently where the PA had made a mistake with the geometry in a prop. I found the response from Tech Support was immediate, and within a week they had contacted me again to say the PA had released a fixed update for download. On the whole, I have found Tech Support and the Sales Team to be very helpful and responsive.

    I guess in this instance it relied on the response of the PA concerned, so was out of Tech Supports hands until that updated file was sent back to them. Perhaps some of the delays in tickets/bug reports being resolved is therefore out of any 'Supports' control.

    The one that bugs me the most is Leo 7. Really like that character, so not fixing him is kind of annoying. It has been put in bug tracker. No further action I am aware of has happened. It has been open since january.

    I've only reported a few SW or model bugs that weren't 'DAZ Store overcharges me again' related and they have been solved. In fact all the tickets I have filed have been solved although admittedly some bugs I have not filed like a Generation 4 broken thumbnail (there are a few other broken thumbnails too).

    I have some crashdumps though since the latest version of DAZ that I should file new bugs for next time they happen.

    39 tickets, holy cow. I think I have only submitted 10 the whole time I have been at DAZ, LOL

    Hmmm...just checked mine I had 4 tickets created and 4 are closed. However I had about 15 - 20 (in approximately 1 year's time mostly) that had been open & solved using my old eMail address. When I changed my eMail address for every online account I had due to my CC card getting stolen online DAZ 3D did not transfer my old tickets to me new email account.

    70 open tickets. Some as much as 2 years old. 163 closed tickets within the last 2 years. Most are product bugs, including metadata errors.

    20+ submitted. 10+ were open -> 50% solved

    Edited: Rest of post removed since the original poster intends to focus on

    product related tickets.

    (my concerns were software related tickets not being adressed for years.)

    What's the Leo7 problem, again? I remember there was a discussion here on the forum, but it had petered out by the time I bought L7 recently.

    Same with Rune 7 (a week after her launch), a problem in her symmetry not fixed still.

    His body morph slider alters the figures height, and Y translation.

    Height is fixed, not a separate scaling, and something about a toenail out of place are what I remember.
