Problem loading Genesis 8

Hi, for some reason G8 and her accessories will not load into the scene when I double click them in the content library.  They will only load if I drag n drop them into the scene.  Any idea what's causing this?  

Also, I've discovered that if I change the Genesis 8 Female folder to another name everything works fine.  So the problem has something to do with the folder name.  I'd like to fix this because all of the new content I plan to buy is going to default to the bad file

    Hi,I had the same problem.I managed by creating a custom action after drag and and drop G8F.However no problem with G8M.

    My G8F folder fixed itself a few days after my original post.  Never did find out what caused it in the first place.
