The hair is Perrin hair, in the store now.

The outfit, I'm fairly sure, is something on sale for G3 at Rendo, but I can't remember what the name of it is. He used the same outfit for a pose set that came out back in February. If you send him a message through the forum, he can probably let you know; since it's not on sale here, he wouldn't be able to include information on it on the product page.
