Saving character after Geometry Edits
Did some editing to a character with the Geometry Editor. After saving and reopening, all the edits are gone.
I made elements transparent (I'd like to DELETE them, if I could) to get rid of non-selectable items
A pair of gloves work as combined items so I can't remove just the left glove from the character, so I went into GE and made the offending glove invisible.
Well, when I reload the character, the gloves come back and it's a real pain to dig deep into those menus to hide them everytime.
Any fixes or ideas?

Hi,
the easiest way can be to select the bones of the figure in scene pane go to parameters pane and use Display > Visible > Off.
To permanetly hide elements you can also use the surface pane and use a oppacity of 0% for the existing or a self made surface.
To delete the hidden parts in geometry editor you can right click the viewport and use Geometry Editing > Delete Hidden Polygons. The cloth figure bones still remain but maybe use the joint editor - Delete Unused Bones command or delete them manualy. The next thing I would do is save the new cloth figure as a Support Asset > Figure/Prop Asset to the library but dont overwrite the original figure.
Be careful about deleting geometry as that will destroy the items morphs. Assigning the geometry to a new material so it is easier to select next time.

What tool does that? Whatever tool I use selects all copies of the item. In other words, both gloves get selected.
The only place where I seem to be able to select EXACTLY ONE GLOVE is in the geometry editor where I can see the FACE GROUPS and that lists every part, individually.
From there, I can hide a glove or such, but then it shows back up visible when I reopen the figure.
This is as far as I got. I want to remove everything on his LEFT arm, but any adjustment carries over to BOTH arms...
