Fern Lake and Through The Woods problem

It looks like both "Fern Lake" and "Through The Woods" come without any texture on the ground, it's just grey, (3DL only, the IRAY version works ok), anyone else have the same problem ?

it should work, I used the 3Delight one to render out the ground terrain for Octane from a top view so know that at least works.
