Vendors often use their own products in their promos so in this case it's probably an OOT hair (typical OOT style). Not sure which one though, normally it will be older than the product where the promos are from (= lower down the page). They also have a store at Renderosity, could be one from there.

I was considering Christina hair too but it's newer than the product the promo pic is from. But of course, OOT could have had it made already then but stored it for release later.
