Please help find an "Alien" product - SOLVED

The other day I was looking for an item and came across a product of the creature in the movie "Alien" that attached itself on John Hurt's character. Now I can't seem to find it nor do I remember the name of the item or who it was made by. Does anyone know it by any chance? I just so happen to be binge watching the Alien movies and want to buy that item.

SickleYield did a Singers of Chzor product, which had a passing resemblence to soem of the Alien stuff.
